When you contact Jorge, request vehicle information, schedule an appointment, ask about financing, submit trade information, or begin a deal inquiry, you may provide information such as your name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, vehicle interests, trade details, appointment preferences, and the message or request you submit.
How information may be used
Information submitted through this website may be used to respond to your inquiry, locate or confirm a vehicle, prepare requested information, schedule an appointment, follow up about your stated vehicle interest, and help connect you with the appropriate dealership process. Submitting information does not guarantee vehicle availability, financing approval, pricing, or acceptance of a transaction.
Sharing related to your request
When reasonably necessary to address your request, Jorge may share the information you submitted with Open Road Chevrolet personnel or service providers involved in responding to the inquiry, confirming inventory, arranging an appointment, evaluating a trade, or handling a requested dealership transaction. Once information is provided directly to Open Road Chevrolet or another third party, that organization’s own privacy practices may apply.
Website and technical information
The website and its hosting, analytics, security, mapping, advertising, communications, or embedded tools may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, timestamps, and cookies or similar technologies. Availability and behavior of third-party tools are controlled by their providers and may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Facebook connection and Meta data deletion
If you choose to connect a Facebook Page to Jorge AI, Meta may provide an account or system-user identifier, the Pages made available during authorization, Page names and identifiers, assigned Page tasks, and access tokens needed to verify that connection. Tokens and the Meta App Secret are stored in authenticated encrypted storage outside the public website directory. Jorge AI v0.9.2 uses this connection only for Page discovery and read-only verification; it does not publish externally.
You can disconnect Facebook from the protected Social Manager connection screen. You can also remove the app through Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings. A verified Meta deauthorization or data-deletion request removes the stored Facebook authorization and Page tokens. To request help with deletion, use the contact page and state that your request concerns the Jorge AI Facebook connection.
Text messaging (SMS) consent and your mobile information
If you tick the consent box on a form on this website or text Jorge first, you agree to receive conversational text messages from Jorge Sells Cars (Jorge Valdivia) about the vehicle, appointment, or request you asked about. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and your text messaging opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing. Information you share by text is used only to respond to your request, and may be shared with Open Road Chevrolet personnel or the messaging service provider solely to deliver the messages and handle the transaction you asked about, as described above.

Your choices
You may choose not to submit a form and instead contact Jorge by telephone or text. You may also ask Jorge to stop nonessential follow-up communications. Messages required to answer an active request or complete a transaction you initiated may still be necessary.
Data security and retention
Reasonable efforts are used to protect information handled through this website, but no website, email, text message, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Information may be kept only as long as reasonably useful for responding to inquiries, maintaining appropriate records, preventing abuse, or meeting applicable obligations.
